Philip Murphy

He has been teaching golf for over 45 years.

Philip honed his teaching skills working in London and at the British Open training ground, observing golf legends such as Nicklaus, Ballesteros, Faldo, and Langer.

He qualified as a PGA Professional in 1982.

Since then, he has worked at prestigious venues such as Dromolandcastle, Glenlo Abbey, and Adare Manor.

In 1996, he founded Murphy Sweeney Golf School and was appointed Ireland's Junior Coach.

Philip taught golfers of all levels in central Ireland until 2024.

From 2024, he is the coordinator of the MyStadium program in Spain.
